The blades are rolled to the correct radius to allow expansion and contraction around the sweetcorn cob. The blades are orientated in the right rotational direction to facilitate the spinning ear of corn on your drill to maximize results.

This might be the most underrated product on Amazon. I’ve been in new product development for 20 years and rarely see something that impresses me like this did. So simple to use, effective and easy to clean. These should be sold at every farmers market and side of the road stand across the Midwest.  

I rarely leave reviews but I feel like I must do one for this. We got this TODAY, and I’m already leaving a review. I know its early but it was torture tested. We blanched 10 dozen ears of corn to freeze for over winter. This was amazing. After blanching, I got the 120 ears corn off the cob in 45 minutes. It was well worth the money. 

What’s not to like. You won’t regret this purchase. It’s simple but effective. It is dishwasher safe and made in the USA. Great product.
